About MistTrek

MistTrek is an independent game database and exploration project. It is not affiliated with the games it covers. Game names, artwork, data, and assets belong to their respective rights holders.

Accounts, Saved Data, and Shared Builds

You are responsible for your account and sign-in provider. You may not sell, transfer, or misuse an account. Saved data is private unless you share it. Published builds and game data may be viewed and referenced by others, and you may unpublish them at any time.

Acceptable Use

Do not use MistTrek unlawfully, harm others, gain unauthorized access, bypass security, distribute malicious code, or place an unreasonable load on the service. We may restrict or suspend abusive access.

Content and Intellectual Property

MistTrek's original code, design, branding, and writing may not be redistributed without permission. You retain ownership of your original submissions and give MistTrek permission to host and display them through the service. This permission ends when content is deleted, subject to temporary backups or legal requirements.

Availability and Liability

MistTrek is provided "as is." Game data may be incomplete or outdated, and features may change or become unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, MistTrek and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of saved data.
